To register for ISMIS 2009 please complete the Registration & Booking Form and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better! The deadline for early registration is June 15, 2009, late registration is September 10, 2009.

Registration Fees

  • Workshop

Workshop Fee includes attendance at the ISMIS 2009 workshop(s) held on Monday September 14, 2009, copy of workshop notes, refreshment during the breaks.

  • Conference

Regular Fee includes attendance at the ISMIS 2009 conference, copy of Springer-Verlag proceedings, a conference package, 3 lunches, refreshments during breaks, use of conference facilities, admission ticket to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday September 15, 2009 and ticket to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday September 16, 2009.

Reduced Regular Fee includes the same as Regular Fee but without Conference Dinner on Wednesday September 16, 2009.

Student Fee includes attendance at the ISMIS 2009 conference, a conference package, 3 lunches, refreshments during breaks, use of conference facilities, admission ticket to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday September 15, 2009 and ticket to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday September 16, 2009. Please note that it does not cover Springer-Verlag proceedings.

A student registration fee requires a confirmation student's status from university department, which has to be delivered to organizers upon the request.

Reduced Student Fee includes the same as Student Fee but without Conference Dinner on Wednesday September 16, 2009.

 

Accompanying Persons Fee includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday September 15, 2009.

Additional Ticket to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday September 16, 2009 can be purchased.

 

Please note, that for each paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one author must register by June 15, 2009.

Cancellation policy

The registration fee deducted of CZK 1000 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than August 17, 2009. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
